Red Velvet Cupcakes 🧁

"A Little Colour in Every Bite!"

What’s Cooking Today? 👩🏻‍🍳

Using food dye can make a recipe way more exciting. Although, the velvet is more exciting than the actual colour. The texture of these cupcakes is unbelievably smooth. Sometimes they don’t turn out to be a vibrant red, but you can definitely taste that there is something special about these cupcakes!

You can also make Blue Velvet Cupcakes! The only difference besides using blue food colouring would be to not use any cocoa powder, just add the equivalent, i.e. 40g more flour!
